The Unclaimed Funds Search allows the public to search for bankruptcy-related funds that have been (1) marked for distribution, where the case trustee has been unable to locate the creditor or other party entitled to the funds; or (2) distributed by the trustee, but not negotiated by the creditor or other party entitled to the funds. Although every effort is made to display updated and accurate data, this database is not the official Court record. To ensure accuracy and timeliness, review the docket entries on file with the Court (via PACER) related to the deposit of unclaimed funds for the particular creditor and case of interest. Alternatively, the Clerk’s Office can verify unclaimed funds balances. Please contact the Clerk’s Office for more information.
